I didn't walk in expecting to open an account. The employees were so friendly and helpful and also knowledgeable about my needs I thought they were a better fit than my current institution. Pacific Service CU is a Credit Union you can depend on. I want to thank Jennifer for processing my balance transfer with no hassle. Her customer service was exceptional. Thank you to this wonderful lady for assisting me. I've been a member for over 30+ yrs and still going on for many more years. I have my daughter signed up to be a member also so she can avail herself with all the wonderful offers they have. Their rates are unbeatable.

I have had accounts at PSCU for 7 years and loving every encounter. The associates have always been friendly and kind and met my needs as a banker. I have had tellers come from behind the counter and count change with my little children to get them established in their banking needs. I have always had an awesome experience.

I am so impressed with everyone at the Livermore branch. I have not been the best banking customer in the past and the ladies went above and beyond to help me get things right from the past so I could open my own checking and savings accounts and now I have received calls making sure everything is good. Top of the mark service and care!

I like visiting this branch. I opened up checking and savings accounts here recently as an existing member. Such friendly service, as I've come to expect and really appreciate. I left the big banks long ago probably during the years starting in 2008-ish. The service simply can't be compared. No gigantic lines to contend with and unfamiliar faces due to high turnover. I highly recommend PSCU to anyone wanting to have personalized service along with financial knowledge that comes by experience!
