I called to ask for a pest report. Very nice people. Someone called me back in less than an hour after initiating my request. I was given an appointment time for the next day. The representative showed up over an hour late. He looked around and said he'd send me a report with a quote in less than an hour. Three days passed and no report. I text the guy but didn't get a response. I called and spoke to him the next day. He said he'd have the report ready for me by the end of the day. Nothing. I called the main number again. Everybody seems really nice, but I was still put off for another day. Let's see if they get me that report by tomorrow. I'm the mean time, rats are literally running over our feet straight into the restaurant next door. Yuck!!!

Worse ever set appoint didn,t show. When it did not repel, they blame the customer. Never use them.

The guy who came in for the service was super unprofessional , talking trash about his co workers, was on the phone while on the job, didn’t even look around the whole premises , is this the kind of people you guys hire ? SMH

Terrible experience with Orkin. We had constant ants throughout their contract with us. When I tried to get additional services to resolve this, their technician did not call when he arrived so I wasn't able to help him inside as I had stepped out. Their technicians do not arrive at scheduled times and their pest control does not work. When I went to cancel, the still charged me $313 to cancel my contract early and did not even tell me this over the phone as I was cancelling. I later found the charge on my card. Orkin is still refusing to refund this despite my effort to resolve this prior to cancelling, and my justification to cancel.

The tech (Devin) came ready to work, checking caught 2 juvenile rodents over the weekend and he use some great techniques to set the traps, i see that the rodents are very smart and Devin seems to be on top of it with his strategy.
