We had the pleasure of having Rochelle and On the Vine cater our recent wedding, and they did not disappoint! Their menu was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Food is such a big part of what people remember about a wedding, and all of our guests have been raving about how amazing everything was—the only complaint was that they couldn’t take any home! We're so grateful and highly recommend On the Vine!!

We had On the Vine cater our wedding reception at Nella Terra in June 2021 — they did a fantastic job, and we couldn’t be happier! Jill is SO easy and fun to work with, we got to chat with her during our tasting and it’s really clear that she’s kind, professional, and organized. All of the food, of course, speaks for itself — there’s a great variety of options, and you really can’t go wrong with any of them (see photos for our final menu). Our guests were super pleased! The On the Vine catering team is also superb — they were friendly with all of our guests and did a wonderful job setting up the dinner tables and dessert table! For us, On the Vine also contracted with Pleasanton Rentals for all linens and tableware / flatware — it made it super easy for us to have everything all together. Jill and Dave at On the Vine are awesome! We hosted a very exclusive membership dinner for 20 people. Their food was outstanding, and abundant! We had short ribs (to die for), salmon, veggies, potatoes, salad, dessert, etc. All excellent. More so, my kitchen after looked better than when they arrived, and while we were upstairs after eating, they put the entire dining area back to its ‘normal’ configuration, removing extra tables and chairs. It was like we never had the party. No cleanup, no drama. Both owners were delightful to work with and oversaw the entire operation, start to finish. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business. You will not be disappointed. (The last photo is a plate of leftovers the next day — which were also delicious!)

We had On the Vine Catering for our wedding on September 21st and I must say the food was delicious to say the least. We ended up going buffet style for our reception. The two food items that stood out the most for me was the skirt steak(highly recommend) and the Asiago potatoes. For late night snacks we went with the Bulgogi tacos, although I didn’t get to try them, but from everyone I asked, they said they were delicious. There were a few of our guests that said to us that this was the best food they’ve ever tasted at a wedding reception. So all in all, I highly recommend On the Vine catering for your wedding reception. I must warn you that it will be very difficult picking which foods to include during your menu tasting because everything is delicious.

We recently had the pleasure of working with On the Vine Catering for our wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional, and the food was nothing short of spectacular. As a foodie and someone who takes pride in cooking and baking, I can say that their food truly met my high standards. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious dishes—they were genuinely impressed and kept asking who the caterer was. The flavors were exquisite, and every bite was a testament to the care and skill that went into each dish. As the bride and groom, we were so caught up in the whirlwind of the day that we didn’t get a chance to truly savor the food ourselves. However, we were craving it the next day! It’s a testament to how outstanding it was that we’re still thinking about it now. One small note: we didn’t have a to-go plate with us, which would have been a nice touch, especially considering how busy and adrenaline-fueled the day was. I understand there are food safety concerns, so this is just a minor point. Overall, the staff at On the Vine Catering were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly. We can't wait to use On the Vine Catering again for future events. If you’re looking for a caterer who delivers both outstanding food and exceptional service, On the Vine Catering is the way to go!
