The Swanson Real Estate Team is over-the-top amazing! We've sold many homes...and never realized that there was a difference in who we chose as our realtor! But after using Natalie--now we know! From the moment she came to meet us she shared what we needed to do and understand about listing our home. She took care of things like getting the carpet cleaned and staging our home. Her team was able to point us in the direction of reputable contractors to make our 'old' home 'new' for its next owner...and that was really important to us. We wanted every element of the home to be awesome for the new buyer...and Natalie made that happen by pointing out the things that a new buyer would like to see updated/fixed, etc. A 100% professional group from every direction.

Go to yelp to see the context of why this realtor is unethical. Let’s make the sellers money no matter if their inspection was misleading missing half of the work needing to be done to the house. Why? Because fixing the house will cost the sellers money and not make them “whole.” As if that was the buyer’s problem
