GoogleThis is a pretty cool shop I delt with Rob mostly and he has no problem figuring out how to do most anything. Get there early because they can get very busy. The thing that I got out of stop by a few times was if you listen carefully, you'll be able to do a little research do most of you own upgrades & repairs. Great experience. Thanks guys

GoogleCame here on a Sunday afternoon to ask for some assistance with our new (to us) single speed bike. The team could not have been more quick and helpful - why also explaining what they did to the bikes. If I need anything else adjusted or fixed on my bikes, I has no doubts that I’ll be coming back here.

GoogleI needed a longer seat post for my mountain bike and the gentleman at the counter was able to help me out. I brought in my original post and he quickly found me a longer one and walked me through how to attach my seat to the new post. Thanks for your help!

GoogleI just worked with Bob handling a service situation for a us and I was left very impressed by his responsiveness and competence in solving this unusual service task easily. He really exceeded my expectations and it is very much appreciated.

GoogleWalked into this shop looking for help with my rear brake. The guy behind the counter said he was “too busy” because he had 17 bikes to work on — but he wasn’t doing a damn thing. Just standing there, arms crossed, acting like I was bothering him by even walking in. I asked for help figuring out which brake fluid I needed. He flat-out refused. Didn’t even pretend to help. So I stood there in his shop, Googling it myself — found what I needed in less than a minute. Then I asked if he could help me identify my brake model so I could buy a bleed screw. He refused again. I even said, “Look, I’m ready to buy everything I need — I just need a little guidance.” His response? A lazy, dismissive “I guess you can bring the bike in and I’ll try to look at it.” Dude was completely checked out. No customer service, no basic decency, just attitude and ego. Total waste of time. If you want real help, skip this place and go to AJ’s Bike Service. They actually give a damn.
