Beware! Not for the first time, our dog was injured when he was groomed by Muddy Paws. This time they cut his penis! They also got water in his ears leading to an infection. Do your dog a favor and go elsewhere.

Super friendly staff. My dogs never have to stay longer than their appointed time period. They are conveniently located I can drop and pick up easily during my working day. Great grooming I have never had a complaint.

Updated below. Poor service, 2 hour appointment turned into a four hour appointment, because they were "running behind". A courtesy call to that effect would have been appreciated. I planned my day around the pick up time. If they just would have called to let me know... Updated: Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate that you take the necessary time on each animal. My point was a call letting me know it would be much longer than the 2 hours I was told at drop off would have been helpful and appreciated.

The team at Muddy Paws Livermore is amazing. They treat Maggie and me like old friends rather than just clients. They are helpful and suggestive, and honest. Great people who take wonderful care of furry family members. Five stars isn't enough!

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Jessica and all the groomers at Muddy Paws. Remi has always been anxious about grooming, which has made it stressful for both of us in the past. But Jessica showed incredible patience, kindness, and understanding. All the staff takes the time to make my dogs feel as comfortable as possible, never rushing or forcing anything. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of the pets they work with, and that means the world to me. My dog may never love getting groomed, but knowing they’re in such gentle, capable hands gives me so much peace of mind. And Remi and Murphi ALWAYS look amazing! Thank you for all you do—you’ve made a huge difference for us!
