I contacted 3 agents in Livermore to evaluate my mother-in-laws home. Mony separated himself from the other agents by taking an extra initiative to offer a proposal. Unfortunately that didn’t pan out. However, he then prepped the home for sale and we received a viable offer before it was even listed. Essentially sold the home in under month. Good work thank you very much!
