Heard of but never been to a Mendocino farms. They just opened in the area. They resemble a more humble version of a “tender greens”. Got a sandwich, ordered the Peruvian steak. Recommended to me if you like spicy (it wasn’t). Contents via the menu = seared steak tossed in a spicy aji amarillo sauce, melted Oaxacan cheese, tomatoes, red onions, shredded romaine, herb aioli, on toasted potato roll. Solid sandwich, get some flavor from the spices/sauce. Fresh produce and a creamy aioli on a soft potato roll. They noted that I will be texted when the food was ready. Place wasn’t busy. I waited 17 minutes and no text. Went to the front and my food was there. I asked how long has this been here and the associate just noted “o I’m sorry you didn’t get a text?” I left then received a text message stating my order was ready. Meaning to me someone forgot to clear the order to send the text. Went back inside to address the text message. The manager acknowledged the issue , offered guest recovery stuff like providing a free cookie/drink. Foods good, guest recovery is fine but they appear they need to finish training with staff or fix a software issue with when your food is ready to be picked up.

My first time trying Mendocino farms, I am very Impressed. I was there for the grand opening here In Dublin. I was immedietly greeted and welcomed In to order. I like the engagement right when I walked in very good service. I ordered the Avacado & Quinoa superfood Ensalada and Baja Green Goddess wrap. The flavors were excellent, so delicious. I recommend to try both.

We wanted to try out this location of the Mendocino farms. I had previously been to the bishop ranch one. As expected, it was a great experience. We tried their Vegan banh mi and the happy hippie sandwich, the tomato soup and the Baha green goodness salad. The food was so good that placed one more order of both the sandwiches and the soup. Joseph, Simon and Annabelle were the most amazing hosts and obliged to all of our requests very kindly and with great humour. So happy they opened so close to us! Will definitely be my regular spot.

They are great, there will be a bit of a wait (based on 3 visits, 3 Fridays in a row) WORTH the wait. Food is fresh, every layer is great quality, from the protein to the veggies to the home made sauces. Shout out to Joseph (one of the managers) had an item missing from my large order. He made it right multiple ways including refund of the order, but it was his friendly and understanding response that will keep me coming. Besides the great food

I stopped by Mendocino Farms in Dublin today, and despite the gloomy weather, the experience was a total bright spot. A huge shoutout to the manager, Kenneth. I was undecided and he steered me toward the Peruvian Steak Sandwich with a slight pivot to ciabatta bread. It was incredible. It was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and easily one of the best things on the menu. The entire staff is extremely friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find a team that seems this happy to help someone. The only minor downside is that seating can be a bit limited, especially during peak hours. They have a nice patio, but since it was raining and there aren’t outdoor heaters, everyone was huddled inside. If you’re coming during a rush on a cold or rainy day, try to arrive a little early to snag a table. Overall, the food quality and Kenneth’s top-tier service make this a 5-star spot. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully when the sun is out!).
