I went through the divorce from HELL, and it went all the way to trial. I was extremely lucky to have Jennifer Mello as my attorney. She is by far the most professional and most knowledgeable attorney in family law. Good divorce attorneys are not cheap, and you get what you pay for. I would not have had a better outcome without Jennifer and her team!

Jennifer and her team helped me settle my divorce and terminate ongoing spousal support, permanently. My case had dragged on for about 10 years before she got involved. She provided me with realistic expectations and her team, including the financial/accounting advisors were excellent. I've used Mello & Pickering since 2021 and have never regretted it. They are an excellent firm with class, expertise, and care. I've had the honor of having Jessica Pellerin represent me over the last two years, she is an impeccable attorney. She is incredibly thorough, researched, patient, forward thinking, prepared, empathetic, and always always centers the child's best interest. She'll fight for you while never ever losing sight of the child and has great insight into what a judge is likely to do. She has represented me from issues ranging from a move-away case, school placement, and holiday schedules. As a gay mother who remarried a woman, I was concerned about how homophobia from my ex-husband might play out at our hearing but she handled the topic with so much care and of course, expertise on the law. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those that have complex cases. I would recommend this firm over and over.

Jennifer and her whole team at Mello Pickering were amazing from day one. They were professional, caring and genuinely looked out for my best interests. Navigating a divorce can be highly charged and emotional and Jennifer made sure to keep things moving forward in a way that did not enflame an already difficult situation. Needless to say, divorce is expensive but Jennifer and her team made sure to keep things direct and to the point in order to not increase my costs. I really can't say enough good things about Jennifer and everyone at Mello Pickering for helping me through an extremely contentious divorce in the best way possible.
