Employee ignore the customers at night time and they do not take order and show online close 12 o’clock, but they don’t take any order at 11:30

Food portions are a lot smaller and seem to get even smaller but the price goes up. Over salted food and the coke is the only good part. But that goes back to the 1950's agreement. The app is nice but it leads back to the same small gross food.

I give this McDonald’s only 2 stars for service. I go through the drive through at least twice a week (obviously not a health food but), and about half the time their fries have been warm, not hot. When I remember to ask at the drive through for “hot fries,” they always come out as hot, but sometimes they have me park in a to-go parking spot and I’ll have to wait a couple extra minutes. McDonald’s Coca Colas are always top notch, no matter which location I order at. Their Sausage McMuffin with Egg breakfast sandwiches are awesome.

went to the drive-thru to buy a combo, and I had to wait more than five minutes. When I finally used the speaker, a staff member with a very bad attitude told us it was closed. If it was closed, why did they make us wait? I also checked the website, which says they close at 12 a.m., but when I was there, it was around 11:25 p.m. This means they either refused to take my order and others' or simply ignored us, even though they should have been open until midnight. I am very disappointed with this experience.

1st Street Location in Livermore is awesome. The management here got it right. Super friendly and welcoming. Dine in experience was great, and great customer service was unexpected. The employees here go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
