Well I had such a pleasant experience here. Front desk employees are polite and efficient in customer service. Nya went way out of her way to help me with scheduling and suggestions which I truly appreciate. A great attitude goes a long way when your coming to a health facility. My massage therapist was Mavies. He was an instant vibe! I got a warm welcome. Right away he assessed me & wanted to know my posture, history & get to the root of my pain. He cared about my comfort & let me know about the human body, how & why things may get out of sorts or cause underlying issues. Didn't take long to knock and start working on me quickly ( I've had bad experiences with waiting up to 10-15 minutes to come back with other therapists at different location) . He released tension through my entire body. The next morning my neck finally cracked & the tightness loosened up greatly. In the process I got to know a little bit about him and I'm grateful to have him as my therapist. I look forward to my next session. Positive environment matters a lot to me and the people who work at the places I spend my time and money on for self care really matter to me. I left happy and I'm grateful for this location. It's about 30 min away but worth the drive.

Cindy and Tristan are wonderful. Cindy did my deep tissue massage and she really got into the muscle to relieve knots and tightness and is very nice! And Tristan did my facial and he really took his time to make my skin beautiful and he recommended a toner which I love! Tristan is so sweet! The ladies at the front desk were very professional and nice and took time to walk me through the massage program. Thank you for great customer service!

For anyone looking for a massage therapist who truly knows their stuff, Mavies is your go to person. Mavies used to work at a different location and when he moved here I followed him. I now drive a little over half an hour just to see him, which alone says a lot. I’ve had massages from other therapists and NONE of them compare to Mavies. People get massages to feel better and that’s exactly what he does. I tell him what needs work and he heals me. Other therapists may give temporary relief but the next day you’re hurting again. Not with Mavies. He helps relieve my tight muscles, nerve pain, releases trigger points, and reduces inflammation. At the end of every massage I can literally feel my blood circulating again. I walk out of every appointment telling myself life is soooo good. My very first massage with Mavies was about 3 almost 4 years ago and still going strong! I’ll have the best days and weeks, then stress myself out and come right back to him lol. He’s always booked and sometimes I have to wait a month. Yes, I will absolutely wait a month for him. He deserves all the recognition. Honestly I want to keep him all to myself because he’s that good, but he truly deserves the praise. If Mavies ever leaves, that’s when I’ll be ending my Massage Envy membership and following him wherever he goes. A thousand times thank you to my massage therapist Mavies. Healing hands, incredible knowledge, and truly the best.

Lovely staff. The gals in the front had patience with all my 100 questions! They explained and answered all my questions. My facial with Emma was relaxing and knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns and talked to me about other treatments for my sensitive face. Allison gave an amazing massage. Super friendly and checked in on if the pressure was good. I will be going back. Thank you Massage Envy

Alex was my massage therapist and he is amazing, knowledgeable, and thorough! He gave me one of the best massages in years and he will be my new therapist because my body needs the bodywork done to get rid of all the stress built up! 5 + Stars
