The best! Stephanie is awesome in her communication and Tom did a wonderful job fixing my air conditioning as well as I’m sure other mechanics helped him with. Very courteous and very fair.

I’ve been taking my cars to Machado’s Auto Care for nearly 15 years and they’ve always kept my cars in tip top shape. My last car, a Lexus ES300, had over 377k miles when I finally traded it away, still running. My current car, a Lexus RX350, just went over 200k miles and is purring like a kitten. Machado’s recently performed its 200k service, which allowed me to make a trouble-free 1431 mile drive to my son’s house in Texas, where I’m relocating. I wish I could take Tom and Arnie with me! I highly recommend Machado’s of Livermore, to anyone who wants excellent customer service and unmatched vehicle care.

Can’t say enough amazing things about them. Honest, good, hardworking people. I’ve never had an auto shop end up charging me less than quoted because their mechanic is so incredible that he completed the work faster than expected. They didn’t have to adjust the price, I never would’ve known or questioned anything. That’s just how good, honest people do business. And this is just one of the great things they did for us, doesn’t include all the time they spent talking to us and trying help troubleshoot with us prior to taking it in. We will be telling all our friends about Machado’s and plan to use them for any future auto care needs!

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from Machado's. I cannot express how let down I am by their incompetence. I brought my vehicle in with an explanation of the issues I was experiencing and even pointed out where to look. However, it seems like they completely ignored my concerns. The lack of attention to detail and the complete disregard for my input is unacceptable. It's clear that they are either grossly inept or just don't care about their customers. I strongly advise against using this mechanic's services. Their incompetence and indifference to their customers' needs have left me not only with a poorly serviced vehicle but also with a sense of anger and frustration that I wouldn't wish on anyone else. Avoid this mechanic at all costs; they are an absolute nightmare to deal with.
