This car wash place used to be great, but not anymore. I’ve noticed a decline in their quality over the past three washes. Here are some of the issues I’ve encountered: 1. They don’t update their Google listing with accurate opening and closing times, which leads to unnecessary trips. 2. They don’t care about the customers. They just want to get the job done, get the money, and move on. Even when I pointed out the dirty spots, they didn’t care. Instead, they told me, “What do you expect to get for $35?” I’m not asking them to do a super detailed cleaning. I just asked them to clean the missed spots and check the photos. I hope they get back to the quality they used to deliver before.

Been taking my companies vehicles here and they so fast and detailed. Even took our big one and they accommodated just fine! We will be getting our vehicles washed here monthly! Great customer service too!

Tried this car wash for the first time and they ruined my new wrap. Scratched my car severely, never rinsed their rag or scrub brush not even once the whole wash and left my vehicle filthy. Proceeded to try to wipe the dirt off dry with dirty rags. This car wash is unprofessional and they do not know how to detail or wash cars… be aware if you value the condition your vehicle paint.

My 2015 Honda Civic looks brand new! Excellent work on a complete detailing. It takes time to get perfection, so be prepared to leave you car for a while. Great customer service, too. Beautiful results inside and out! Highly recommend LV Detailing!

Great service and cleaning inside and out. Car plastered with dirt and bugs from Chicago and they all came off. You cant beat the service for the price. Owner and workers are Vietnamese so you won't get rip off like other locations. Very friendly. Highly recommend them for your car services.
