Shame on you Lowe’s. We’ve purchased every appliance in our home from your store. We’ve always been pleased. But to say that I am so very disappointed is an understatement. You installed our dishwasher 1 year and 1 month ago. It literally fell and was lodged sideways. We couldn’t even use it let alone open the door. I called to have someone come out and all the customer service person said was sorry you didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I said we were offered a warranty on the appliance itself but not on the install. You really should have gotten behind your workmanship and honored a very loyal customer. I wasn’t even offered to pay someone to come out. I cannot believe they would not come and make right a shoddy installation. So sad. I will not be purchasing from Lowe’s moving forward. I’ll purchase from a store that values their loyal customers and guarantees their work.

Need a lockable gate latch, store is empty, ask a worker lady clearly chatting with her buddy. And she acts like she was too busy and trying to send me back to where I came from ..... So I left and went to home depot!! Thank You 😞

I will never use Lowe’s again. Purchased refrigerator, clearly was told delivery would be next day only to find out delivery is more than a week later. Horrible service. Home Depot would never and I should have went with them to begin with!
