Scott was able to cut my 2024 Ford truck key that Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware were not able to do. Better yet, it only cost $25 and they provided great service despite being busy at times. If you are in Tri-valley and need a key cut, save yourself time and money and give them a call first. Thanks.

Moved in to a new home and was only given one key for the front door and I didn't have a key for the rest of the doors in the house. Thankfully Art was able to help me out right away! I went down to the store and brought him some new locks and he had them all re-keyed and made us six copies within 2 hours (I didn't make an appointment, I just dropped in) and it was extremely reasonable. The work that he did was around 1/4 of the price that I was quoted by one of the mobile lock companies. If I never need locksmith help again I definitely know where I'll go again!

Amazing !!!!! I lost the keys to my pilot at the beach, I was expecting to pay and arm and leg for replacement keys, called a couple places and most were asking for $300+ thankfully arts locksmith was able to cut and program a new set of keys for me, at a very reasonable price, if I could give more stars I would, definitely recommend great and fast service, this is definitely going to be my spot to go for all my locksmith needs . He also has super cute designs. I got a rose for my house key

I recommend calling ahead in case you have a smart key that requires reprogramming. In my case, a quick call verified that they could program a key for a 2012+ Mazda with Intelligent key (and a “refurbished” OEM key bought from a third-party seller, no less). Super quick process. The gentleman brought out his computer that I’m sure dealers also use to program keys, and programmed the new key within minutes. As of 4/2021, the price was a pretty reasonable $80 post-tax for the key reprogramming plus emergency key cutting. If dealers still charge more...this local mainstay definitely deserves your business for quick and reliable service.

The key to my Lexus had been falling apart so we stopped here. They were able to make me a new key using the sensor from my old key, and returned my old key to keep in case of lockout. They helped us immediately and it didn't take too long. Best of all, I was expecting to pay over $100 but he charged us $47. Very reasonably.
