Livermore Toyota is awesome! I brought my truck in for service… Kevin in finance was so helpful . I was a bit confused on the service that I needed. He greeted me in front of the dealership, introduced me to the service manager and made sure I was taken care of. Everyone is so helpful there!!

Gustavo was very helpful when I was searching for a new car! I had done some research and was pretty sure that I wanted the 2026 Toyota Prius and when I saw it I enjoyed it but wasn't 100% sure if that was the car for me. Gustavo showed me a Camry and a Corolla as well and explained all of the differences and that helped me come to the conclusion that I did, in fact, want the Prius. He was reasonable when it came to discussing the cost and he never “pulled a fast one” or insulted my intelligence, which I am sincerely grateful for. He went over all of the options and add-ons before I spoke with the finance person which helped me preemptively think on what I wanted before everything was set in stone. I would highly recommend meeting with Gustavo as he was very and patient and made the whole car buying experience very pleasant and reasonably fast. Thanks Gustavo!
