"I do remember having a conversation with you where we discussed the dirty window and I had told you that we don't clean windows. At that point you said you were going to contact [landlord] to sort the details. [landlord] contacted me to come do the installation and I was surprised to see they were still dirty." $273 for a one color vinyl, which I assume most of the cost was installation. This shop was clearly aware of my concerns about the dirty window, but decided to take a "Not my job/problem" approach and listen to [landlord] instead of their paying customer. I came back to what looks like someone threw dirt and mud at my business identity. I was required to use this signage shop by [landlord] and I have paid in full, and have not requested any reimbursement, discount, or refund. The vinyl cuts themselves are clean, and the window was spot cleaned where the logo was to be applied (resulting in the attached picture). I was present during installation but only happened to interact with this company because I was heading out to lunch and was not informed of an installation time. I assisted with a ladder and a laser level, but didn't even think or notice the dirt at the time. Please do better in the future - I've never felt compelled to leave a significantly negative review like this before. Your business revolves around making other businesses look good. *appending* Just had a discussion with [landlord] and it sounds like there was a bunch of miscommunication to go around. It sounds like they'll work to improve their processes with him in the future.

Follow-up: Redefine liars and bad business. Not sure what the response, I definitely placed an order for custom shirts and they came in printed backwards the day of an event making them completely unsellable! Even though the design was sent in days ahead and was even double checked in person....somehow the woman helping us printed them all backwards. Also, other reviews say much more than "electrical signs" so I guess great job blatantly lying? Trying to say anything happened otherwise is a lie and I have receipts saved digitally to prove it with pictures of how bad the shirts came out then I asked for a refund, the woman that helped me the entire time said that wasn't possible regardless of it being her mistake. Came in to get simple designs printed to make shirts and they were printed backwards. Really no words to describe how frustrating this.

I had them do postcards and business cards for me. They helped with the design and the printed cards came in earlier than estimated. The price for everything was very fair.

We needed an illuminated sign for the front of our business and these guys handled everything.
