GoogleSatpal is very efficient; appreciate his work. He helped me use media mail correctly, too. To send media mail, address your sealed package with "from" and "to" then speak to someone at the desk. They sell from/to labels for $0.99 for two labels if you need them. The kiosk in the lobby and I don't really get along (it feels slow, and it often doesn't recognize the addresses I'm using), but I don't send tht many packages, so it doesn't affect me much.

GoogleA couple of issues and one positive. Issue with racism. Lester, had the audacity to ask if I didn't pay a rent as the reason I was sending certified mail. Second, Angie had the audacity (when she had the tracking number in front of her AND a .gov email from USPS Folsom about lost mail) to say the lost mail email was fake. Refused to call ANYONE and refused to resend the mail complimentary. I'll make a credit card dispute. The only grace has been, well from Grace. And one of their managers who apologized about Lester's racism (can't recall his name). Just another day in Livermore.

GoogleGot the packages I needed to get out scanned but not without attitude. Satpal was mad I had about 20 packages to scan but it’s literally his job to scan them. I never have this issue at the Tracy Post office where the staff are much more welcoming.

GoogleReally dislike that the lobby has been locked after closing hours for many months now. When I asked why this was the case since the lobby has a kiosk that can be used for self-service, employee said that "homeless people have been coming into the post office and breaking into people's post office boxes." If this is the case, USPS ought to install some iron gates to prevent anyone from going down the hall where post office boxes are found, although that would defeat the purpose of people being able to get their own mail from these boxes after hours. With the way it is right now, they can't get their Mail from the post office boxes anyway, nor can anyone else get anything done. Recently, when I was at the counter one afternoon, had to laugh at how the pens are attached to the counter. Apparently the chains are broken or were non-existent. They do have a decent selection of greeting cards, and other mailing supplies.

GoogleIndividuals delivering USPS mail to our residential area have engaged in what appears to be targeted harassment toward certain residents. On one occasion, a USPS employee discreetly took a photograph of my property using a personal phone. On another occasion, a different USPS worker shouted at me from across the street; I could not understand what was being said. I reviewed my security camera footage afterward, which confirms these incidents. There appears to be a pattern of increasingly targeted behavior. When a USPS employee, while in uniform and on duty, uses a personal phone in a secretive manner to photograph a private residence, it raises serious concerns and may violate USPS conduct policies. USPS employees are not acting as private citizens while performing official duties, and the use of personal devices for photographing private property without a clear, lawful purpose is inappropriate. Will wait and observe this harassing behavior.
