I’ve been to this store many times and I have always left with a good feeling. The customer service I experience here is outstanding. The store is kept clean and smells good. The staff is knowledgeable and always points me in the right direction when I’m looking for a certain product. In my trip to the store today, Linda and Gillian were extremely helpful. They were so helpful that I felt compelled to write this review. Both had knowledge in the products and spent time answering my questions while helping other customers on a busy Friday night. They honestly went above and beyond. I recommend this store to all. Because of the excellent service I have here every time I come, as well as tonight, I will choose this store over other pet stores when I need something for my furry friends.

This pet shop is a great find! It is always clean, well-organized, and the staff provides truly friendly and helpful service. The self-service dog bath area is a definite plus—it's a clean, pleasant spot to bathe my dog with ease. Highly recommend!

The Pet Food Express team at the Livermore location make everything easy and joyful for my pet food needs. I’ve been going to them for years and they never disappoint, always going above and beyond on service and their product knowledge. They are an amazing team I am incredibly grateful to have around and enjoy visiting - thank you for all you do!!
