My daughter and I had appts and both had a fantastic experience. From the minute we walked through the door to the time we left, all staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Everyone is very professional and we never felt rushed. Very happy with our move to Livermore Optometry Group!!

Livermore Optometry is so caring, helpful, and professional. And I have been seeing Dr. Faith for 39 years! He monitored my large optic nerve for years and continues to care for my needs now into my 50s. He is very intelligent and uses high tech equipment in his offices. It’s always a pleasure to visit Livermore Optometry!j

Dr. Mason is outstanding. She is an excellent listener, very thorough in her examination, and highly knowledgeable in her area of expertise. Her assessments are thoughtful, and her prescriptions are precise and effective. I felt genuinely heard and well cared for.

I’m a new customer after recently moving to the area, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Livermore Optometry Group. After breaking my glasses on a business trip, I stopped in hoping for help and they took care of me right away and then scheduled a follow-up eye exam for just two days later. The office runs incredibly efficiently with plenty of staff and seamless handoffs. I never felt like I was waiting. The technology and equipment are cutting edge, and I had a comprehensive exam, selected new glasses, and was out in about 50 minutes. I also appreciated that they started me with reasonably priced frame options, which made the process easy. Great service, great facility, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend.

I love my doctor, Dr. Melendez. She is the best. Identified a defect I had and referred me to a great surgeon. She is kind, considerate, thorough and very competent.
