I had a great experience working with Callum at the dealership. He was professional, friendly, and never made me feel pressured during the process. Callum took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. In the end, I got the car I wanted, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Came in looking for a cheap lease n a practical car for my wife then left purchasing a brand new 2025 Bronco. Had a great salesman in Sammy Luedemann helping us navigate through multiple vehicles and choices and my wife fell in love with the Bronco. He made himself available to us at the dealership and continued after work hours answering questions. Then worked with a great team from his manager and finance person who dedicated their time and effort to ensure I was not only able to finance and afford it on my terms but very happy with my final decision to own it. I got what I needed for the short term but my son and daughter fell in love with the car so we decided to purchase for them for the long term. My 18 year old son ended up helping with the purchase so really a great experience and win for my whole family.

Last September 2025 we bought a used car with 11,000 miles on it. It was a fair blue book price of 25,000 dollars. A month after putting 1000 miles on it, the water pump broke, and they fixed it. However the service department told us that they highly recommend the tires to be replaced. Which they did not. And the tires were also of different brands. And one of the remote keys does not really work. We chose to buy from a dealer because we thought that we would be told upfront if the vehicle is in good condition. We put 10,000 dollars down. Unfortunately, they were not transparent and honest to at least tell us what we are really getting. If I had bought a car from Craigslit or private seller, I would think it would be a " buyer beware" situation. For this reason, we chose to buy from a dealer even if we knew we could have saved money buying from a private seller. And....I asked them if they would replace the tires. They said no. I forgot to tell them about the 2nd remote key, but I would think that they should have told us that it was broke. To at least let us know in full what we are buying. Sadly, we are stuck with these, and it really was a very sad and bad experience. Dealers are supposed to be upfront, honest, and fair....instead......our trust was taken advantage of. I will never buy from this dealership again, nor recommend them to my friends and family. And if I were asked about them by a stranger, I will just say " buyer beware and buy at your own risk!" Tires are not really that expensive. The remote keys can easily be replaced. Sadly they chose a small amount of money against their reputation. Not to mention, I think they are not really good people. We made a big mistake. This is how I feel, I will not apologize for it, and this is not much about money. We thought we were buying a vehicle we could be free of headaches....instead....a key does not work, I had to send the car for repair, drive up and get it back, then now, the tires are all crap. And for you....don't buy from this dealership......buyer beware!

Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and he truly made the entire car search and purchasing process smooth and stress free. Thanks Alex who sold my husband his Ford Lightening Truck. He is super sweet guy with an infectious laugh. It's always nice when the salesman is super sincere and very respectful. He is from Europe so it was delightful speaking to him. It was the fastest sale. We got a good deal (go now to get yours) and he gave us a nice present. So ask for Alex and your wont be disappointed.
