If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Livermore Embroidery is the gold standard for letterman jackets. Matthew is a true professional with a great eye for layout and detail. He helped us design a jacket for my son that perfectly captures his high school journey, including a custom, one-of-a-kind embroidered back piece that really stands out. Matthew’s foresight on creation beginning to end was so helpful. He knows how to place patches so there’s room for future awards without looking cluttered. He’s kind, easy to work with, and delivers a high-quality product. Can't wait to return with my youngest! Support this local gem! And PS - They do alterations, too....BONUS!!

I am completely blown away by the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the patience & flexibility with my daughter's and my specific (perhaps quirky) requests. The look of excitement on my kid's face when she saw her finished jacket for the first time is something I'll never forget. Matthew and Bailey were incredibly gracious and helpful through the whole process. I'm grateful we could bring this milestone project to a local business that understands every student's pride in earning their varsity letter - and honors the accomplishment with a finished product that looks even better than the mock-up proofs.

Customer for life! I took my Son's jacket in previously and so so happy with the work, cost, and customer service that I knew I needed to use them again when it came time to create custom coaches gifts for our Varsity football coaches. I met with Matthew to go over my idea and time line. I left feeling excited to see the project completed. I got a call from Matthew a few days later saying he had some ideas for the design and sent me a few mock ups. His suggestion was so much better then what we had originally discussed. The gifts came out amazing and so affordable even for custom work. Thank you Livero Embroidery and Screen printing!!!
