The park is big which is good, I would have gave it 2 stars otherwise. It's old and needs to be kept up better.

While its convenient. Its dirty snd filthy, and mostly wet grass and/or mud and dirt. Not all pet owners are responsible or care when their pets are up to no good. Plus is that it is close to the Sandhurst community, the school and baseball diamond. Going to different spot instead.
