Livermore Dental failed to inform me of the cost of care after I asked them every single time I went in how much I would be expected to pay, and now they claim I owe them a bunch of money even though I already paid them $1000 out of pocket. I had anthem Blue Cross insurance, and they claimed that my insurance would be accepted, but I still asked EVERY TIME how much I would pay out of pocket, and each time it was "don't worry about it!" or some similar dismissive answer. I came in 4-5 times over the course of a year and a half for regular cleaning and then a couple deep cleanings and then finally they called me and said "we can't do any more work until you pay down this $2000 bill on your account" I paid them around $1000 out of pocket, and they still wanted more. I called my insurance and they basically said they never worked with Livermore Dental at all. Failing to inform an ambulatory patient of the cost of care is unethical. I wish I could do more to expose this terrible business practice, so I'll be lodging a complaint to the dental board of California.

I wasn't sure what to expect but they made me feel really comfortable. The Dr talked to me about what the expect and asked me what my expectations were. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. It was by far the best dental appointment I have ever had. I felt really good about committing to my treatment.
