The work here at the Livermore dental center is truly wonderful. I started coming here about a year and a half ago, and I haven't wanted to go anywhere else since because I really appreciate the dedication and personal attention the dentist gives to make sure my smile shines bright. I'm currently in the process of teeth straightening, and the team is incredibly attentive, always making sure my progress is on track. They have fantastic customer service, are very understanding, and always willing to work with my schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Dr. Modi and his friendly staff for your next dental cleaning or service--you'll be in great hands!

Excellent service. Me and my family is Dr. Modi’s patient since last 14 years. He and his staff always greets us and treats us very nicely. I got two wisdom teeth removed and with out any discomfort. Overall amazing service!! definitely recommend!!

I had a true dental emergency, and Dr. Modi came in after hours to help me. He was extremely friendly and patient the entire time. I have really bad dental anxiety, and even with me shaking, he never got annoyed or flustered. He talked me through everything and made me feel as comfortable as possible. He even did a root canal after hours, and I’m so thankful for that. Highly recommend to anyone with dental needs!!

Stay Away from This Dentist If I could give a negative or zero-star review, I would. Based on my experience, I highly recommend staying away from this individual, who I can’t even call a "doctor." Before considering him, please do your research and read reviews about him and his practices: My Experience: This individual caused significant harm during my visit. He performed a procedure on my wisdom tooth (#32), but also worked on an adjacent tooth (#31) without informing or consulting me. Now, both teeth are in pain. I wasn’t told he would touch the #31 tooth, and I feel deceived about the procedure. When I reached out for help due to the severe pain, he ignored my calls and messages. His Livermore office was closed during listed hours, and he expected me to visit his different office location instead. I brought it to his attention that the work hours displayed on the door and website don’t match, and even during the posted hours, he’s not available. I asked him to update the information, but he seems indifferent. I requested an urgent appointment on Monday, yet he insisted on scheduling it for Thursday, which is frustrating given the urgency. Please be cautious with him—he doesn’t seem to prioritize others' concerns and might leave you dealing with the consequences without much care. I’ve since consulted multiple reputable dentists in different cities who all confirmed that this individual should not have worked on my wisdom tooth. They also discovered the unnecessary work done on tooth #31, which I wasn’t aware of until their evaluations. Now, I’m facing the need for a wisdom tooth extraction due to his actions. Deceptive Practices: To make matters worse, he tried to cover himself by asking me to sign a statement in exchange for payment, presumably to protect his reputation. This person is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise against letting him touch your teeth.
