I recently purchased my first Acura from the Pleasanton location and had a really good experience. Steve, Helder, and Victor were all very professional and supportive throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions and made the entire purchase feel smooth and comfortable. Syed and Marisol were also great and helped address any questions I had. I appreciated how patient everyone was and how they made sure I understood everything along the way. Overall, I had a great experience with this team and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to buy an Acura!

Recently we have great car buying experience at Acura of Pleasanton. We are specially impressed by friendly and no-pressure dealing with Steve and Victor. Both of them are awesome, understood our requirements and worked with us on the deal which works for us. I must mention that, when we were going through the lot and exploring cars, Steve took initiative to come out of dealership and greeted and inquired...he was friendly through out the buying process. Actually we were going to another larger dealership, but the personalize attention, respect and flexibility we received at this dealership, made us complete the purchase same day. I must also mention about Victor, who is great in going through various purchasing options and help us reach what we were looking for. If you go to this dealership, ask for these two gentlemen

Got my car serviced at Acura of Pleasanton. Met with Art who was scheduled me my appointment for my 2024 Platinum White Pearl with Red interior Acura Integra A-Spec with White Enkei Wheels. Everything was easy going and very smooth process. Did not have to wait long whatsoever and he was very detail oriented with all my needs. Would definitely recommend him to any person who needs to have Acura serviced!
