They have the best customer service. We had a leak in our tire which we didn't even buy from them and they fixed it for no cost. The people there were super friendly and provided me all the information i needed. I will certainly go back to them when its time for changing tires on my car.

I am a die hard Les Schwab guy. I few weeks ago I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced as I was having a wobble on the higher speeds and when I was breaking. The guy at the counter asked me some normal questions and when he found out I did my own brakes he immediately started to blame my work. There are a few things I do not take my cars in for if I can do it myself, brakes and oil changes. I have done brakes on my own cards since I could drive, never an issue. The proceeded to check my work, nothing wrong. The mounted the tires and sent me on the way, no tire rotation, no balancing. Took it to one of my local Les Schwabs, guess what, I was right, wheels were not balanced. I would not recommend this Livermore location. Arrogance with those managers was nasty.

I would avoid this location if possible, to keep things short, this place will scam ya and upsell at every turn. I was charged for a part that was fully functional when I arrived and they ended up breaking. The way this was done was also quite dishonest, where they changed the part without calling me and the tech told me “the part was completely seized” when he had told me it was totally fine 2 hours before. When I picked up my vehicle I talked to the manager about the issue and he confirmed they were the ones that damaged the part and offered to “pay for labor”. I don’t believe I should have to pay for a part that was fully functional when I arrived and they broke, plus the way it was handled with the tech lying to me while the manager had a different story was quite dishonest and just a total lack of trust to not call or verify with me. I will be taking my business to a local shop which is too bad because I’ve been a long time Les Schwab’s customer but after this no more

Not sticking to the appointment schedule. I had an appointment at 12 PM (pre-trip check) and reached on time. I waited for 90 mins just to hear my car would be taken up for service only after another 2 hours. The expectation was to wait for 4 hours without any information. Quite not sure what is the point of appointment.

Great service and very professional! I came here after other well-known shops said they wouldn’t fix a leaking plug. Not only did these guys fix it, they didn’t even charge me. The repair was quick and done perfectly. I highly recommend them for new tires or any tire-related service, and I’ll definitely be back when my cars needs new tires or tires related services
