This is the second time I worked with Christine to buy a property, and I am more than happy the second time around as well. She understood what I was looking for, understood the market conditions, and found me the right home at the right price. Her advice on location, property conditions, offer amount, lender recommendation - everything has been top notch. She was very supportive even after the sale - helping me find out details I needed to know about the property from the agent, and she also gave me a complimentary carpet cleaning service since the previous owners had not done it.
