We ordered a custom chair on December 26 and were told delivery would take about 4–6 weeks. Around the five-week mark we learned the manufacturer hadn’t started production yet, and the chair wasn’t delivered until March 2 (about nine weeks total). There was no adjustment or discount offered despite the delay.

RIP OFF! Complete FRAUD!!!! I don’t even know how this place stays in business. I bought a queen mattress w/ no spring and had it delivered. My old one was in decent shape they decided to take it feee of charge which was great because originally they wanted to charge. The mattress I received was considerably smaller. Did not look like the mattress I paid $1000 for. It was very soft. Thinking they had made a mistake I called the store. He assured me this is what I bought. There are no tags on this but there’s a product number. I don’t even know what brand I did because he says they have their own line of mattress. After digging further I found my mattress online retailing for $240 brand new. So as he assures me he delivered the right mattress for $1000 my previous queen sheets are considerably larger than the bed and wants to make a fool out of me I have decided to expose this furniture place at every review sure and neighborhood app to warn people that this furniture place will rip you off and take your money. Never encountered a furniture business so shady in my life. Now I’m stuck with this awful mattress and need to save to get a decent one.

Great Prices. One year later, my furniture still looks new. I have recommended them many times. Services was great. My new furniture was delivered in less than 2 weeks and the men set up both armchairs and love seat where I wanted them, plus they took all the packing materials with them.

We attempted to purchase and have delivered an entire matching home set of furniture for living room, dinning room and kitchen area. The order was only supposed to take 30 to 45 days; it ended up taking nearly 100 days to finally get everything and when the final piece was delivered it itself was incomplete... it was missing an entire back section! Dean, their self proclaimed owner and manager, had no problem delivering an incomplete unit to a matching house set after an extended unexplained wait to deliver. When we called to understand what had happened he basically told us to "take it or leave it". He could come pick it up and we or wait until we had a replacement part delivered but without knowing when that was to be. I am on the phone reversing the store charges with my bank as I write this terrible review. The store can now work on my schedule to get their furniture out of my house. Too bad customer service and common sense aren't found at this furniture store!

Gave me a floor model when I said new. I bent the tag to see if they would give it. Waited weeks and they gave me the floor model. there is a defect. Do not do business with them. Scam and fraud!!
