Dr. Jennifer Dedios is very knowledgeable and caring. She is attentive and truly listens and understands even if it is trivial. She takes all my concerns seriously and orders tests for further investigation. I am grateful that I have Dr. Dedios as my PCP.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to my family physician, Dr. Bobby Shan. Dr. Shan is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He takes the time to sincerely connect with me and makes me feel important before addressing my medical concerns. I recently switched my primary care physician from Fremont to Livermore since we live in Dublin because my wife was amazed and impressed by Dr. Shan's exceptional care. Kaiser is lucky to have Dr. Shan. It's because of great physician like Dr. Shan that makes Kaiser Permanente great place to get care. Thank you Dr. Shan!!! Also, kudos to Brittney Melo, Jeanette Correduora, and Dana Freitas from the pediatric and adult injection clinics for their skills, knowledge, and professionalism. We had our vaccinations with our daughters recently and had a great exceptional experience. Brittney was friendly, quick and skillful with her injections. Our daughters did not even have a chance to cry before she gave out stickers, and we were on our way and wishing us a great day. I highly recommend Brittney for all your kids injections needs. As for Jeanette and Dana, they were also wonderful, friendly and skillful. I did not feel the pain of injections despite getting 4 shots. Kaiser is lucky to have them on their team. I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente for all your healthcare needs.

My interactions with every KP employee/staff member I encountered during this visit was positive and competent. Dr. Mahajan always makes me feel listened to and treated appropriately. Thank you KP for being in Livermore. My only suggestion is that KP quickly build a KP Hospital in the tri-valley area because older members are uncomfortable with the challenge of driving to Walnut Creek for hospital care.

Dr. Badillo is amazing! She always takes the time to truly listen and figure out what’s going on. Understand that we are not just a number but people with real problems and always is extremely thorough and considerate. She’s the best!

All the staff are nice and professional, the receptionist, nurse and doctor, except for the last lady and the consulting desk at the pharmacy. This Asian lady gave me the medicine guidance in a routine manner but her face showed me all the Impatient, ignoring, and contemptuous, even now bother to look at me. It feels like swallowing a fly on the site.
