Okay lets start with I love Jersey Mike's and I come to this particular location all the time i have had absolutely 0 complaints......Well Until today lets start with the #2 Jersey Shore deal...... as I walked in respectfully i asked the meat slicer Dude if I can change the meat to Turkey because I dont eat Pork dur to Relious beliefs and His reply was YES no problem and asked again are you sure I can substitute to Turkey. His Relpy Yes. Awesome!!! I was stoked and happy. So I order 3 Turkey Sandwiches. As Im checking out to pay the young girl (manager)said "hey cant do that "afte i asked 2 times and was confirmed that a can. So the Sandwiches we made. I asked why I asked prior to the order she claimed she called manager or Owner and they said no!! Now when ever it comes to customer service you should absolutely honor the customer with what was promised especially if they asked prior to ordering or anything of the matter. You don't take the food you made through it away and cost your store or the establishment the loss people BIG NO NO if mistake you take up with staff and dont repeat mistake you keep customers and customer service a 100% to the fullest. Its not money it principle I even left a tip for the Sandwich Artist a $10 Dollar tip because he was awesome. Also top of all that another customer start calling me names and disrespected me in the establishment calling me names as he even walked out the door. and I got yelled by the 2 of the workers like it wa my fault probably a friend he walked out didn't pay for 2 sandwiches. .... yes didn't pay for his sandwiches...... kids. .... at this point 👉 Owner talk to your staff. Good night.

We just had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s in Dublin, off Fallon Rd.! We didn’t get the young man’s name working at the time (8:45pm on Monday 10/27/25). We are traveling and came in right before closing, he was so kind and attentive when most young folks wouldn’t be before closing for the day. Thank you for your hospitality! You will go far in life young man! Managers, if you read this, check your employees schedule and give this young man a high five!!! We appreciated our experience. And the sandwiches were perfection! :) Thank you!

food is NEVER ready at promised time. its incredible how consistent they are about this. even when its slow. this last time I went they notified me that they forgot to make my order after waiting 20 minutes past pickup time.

Hands down the BEST Jersey Mikes around. This store is a weekly stop for me and I look forward to it every time. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. And they ALL can make a mean #7 👍🏽

Great employees who all work well as a team! This was the first time I visited, but I'm sure I'll be back at some point! The sandwich was scrumptious 😋
