GoogleI ordered my son a Double Bonus Jack meal and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever been served. Only 1 patty on it and completely smashed. I walked in and waited for my order as they made it so I knew they weren’t busy at the time. With In & Out being directly across the street and The Habit a block down I’ll go wait longer for a cheaper burger that’s always fresh and not this ridiculous mess. PS - I waited to post here after I contacted Customer Support and still have not received any type of response.

GoogleI just came from the drive in. I order a snack box. There was sticky ketchup all over the top of the box. I asked for some sweet and sour. Both the packages were very sticky. Pretty gross!

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Jack in the Box around noon and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean and not too crowded, which created a relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly.I decided to try their Spice Chicken Sandwich with jalapeños, and it did not disappoint. The blend of spices and the kick from the jalapeños added a unique and delicious twist to the classic chicken sandwich. It was evident that the ingredients were fresh and prepared with care.What truly impressed me was the speed of service. Despite the lunch hour rush, my order was ready in no time. This efficient service ensured that I could enjoy my meal without any unnecessary wait.Overall, I left Jack in the Box with a full stomach and a smile on my face. The combination of great food, a clean environment, and excellent service made for a fantastic dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of that spicy goodness!

GoogleHere is why 5 stars. We were greeting quickly when we pulled up in the drivethrough. What made it great was the guy on the other end of the speaker was very polite and professional and didn’t tell us to hold or wait. We ordered and all went well. We received our order quickly. There are also sone beautiful roses in the drive through. We drove away and found out one of our sandwiches was wrong. We compared with the receipt which was also wrong and explained the error. We drove back and the correcr item was promptly provided...no questions asked.

GoogleThe manager yes the manager Refused to Sell me an Item on the Menu When it was available , And Yes the item was Available But only Wanted to sell it in a meal. And claimed Corporate said so when it's a lie.
