I came to Inkestry for a jewelry swap for my nose piercing. The piercer’s work was swift, and professional. The female receptionist was very kind, informative and I enjoyed her company very much. However, I did not appreciate the way the piercer interacted with my boyfriend and I. I believe he should work on his customer service skills with his patrons. His demeanor was very disrespectful, the way he spoke to me left me feeling extremely anxious and uninformed. Due to this negative interaction I will be taking my business elsewhere.

5/5 stars for this shop. Justin did great work and I trusted his design. Staff was extremely friendly even though I was a walk in. They were able to draw up a design and get started within the next day. Artists are great at keeping a comfortable environment with tv and music. each space is private which helps with keeping a non anxiety vibe while getting tattooed, very one on one experience. This is for sure my main tattoo shop from here on out.

I had a really disappointing experience at Inkestry. The piercer was rude, condescending, and dismissive, making me feel belittled for asking questions or taking care of my ears properly. He even commented on my confidence in a way that was unnecessary and stressful. The front desk staff were kind and friendly, but the piercer’s attitude completely overshadowed that. I left without getting my piercing and felt like I wasted both time and money. Based on my experience and other reviews, I wouldn’t recommend this piercer—look elsewhere for a respectful, professional, and safe piercing experience.

Had an great mini session with Rae today. Got a little piece to surprise my wife and she loves it. Rae was super chill, listened to what I was looking for and had some great feedback. All the artists that passed by were positive and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I was so desperate for my first time tattoo, I was visiting SFO and wanted a tattoo to be done in a short period of time. I emailed Inkestry and got a reply within one day. Also one of our friend recommended Joseph Flores from Inkestry so I messaged him and got a reply within few hours and he fixed an appointment next day, that was super fast ! The consultation with him went so well ! He was excellent in explaining the whole Process and making me comfortable throughout the tattooing process as it was my first time and I was nervous of the needles. Most importantly the tattoo was perfect and it was the way I wanted, it’s amazing ! My next appointment would be my next visit to SFO and it will be with Joseph 😊. If you are a first timer , do visit Inkestry … they are super cool and fun !!
