This is first time I’ve used H&R Block for anything, and it’s also the reason I’ll be going back to TurboTax next year. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever been a part of. I went there roughly a month before 4/15 in the hope I can get my taxes done early and not wait until the last day. I uploaded all my documents to the website to make it easier for the tax rep. I did not hear anything from them for two weeks. I called her to check on the status and she stated she would get everything uploaded for me that day and we confirmed she would add a discount for me that was emailed to me by H&R Block. Nothing was uploaded and no response from her. She finally contacted me four days before 4/15 and said the return was ready. You cannot access your return until you pay H&R Block but when I took a look at the invoice, there was an extra $40.00 charge and no discount applied. Now I wasn’t able to review my taxes until I paid an invoice that was inaccurate and not agreed upon. Again, in its whole totality, some of the worst customer service experiences I’ve been a part of and I would never recommend this company to anyone trying to get their taxes done.

H&R Block always makes filing my taxes super easy and stress free. Appointments don't take too long because they already have all my information. The Tax Specialist I worked with today was super nice, very friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend to go see Theresa. :)

Kim is extremely nice and very helpful. I love her. She has done my taxes twice and I've always left happy after seeing her. Kim Lethi is the one to see.
