I would definitely recommend finding a home through this company. Mohammad Nadeem was an excellent property manager during our with him. He always communicated effectively, answering any questions, and scheduling any services we needed for our home quickly. He was very helpful during the process of us moving out as well, always making sure to go above and beyond so that we were taken care of and it was as easy as possible on our end. If you're looking for a home then Mohammad Nadeem and the people at Best Property Management will take care of you.

I've rented through best property management for two years and the experience has been fantastic mainly thanks to the great communication and attentiveness that Mohammad provided to myself the rest of co-tenants. Mohammad always responded to our emails/text faster than I expected and would even reach out to us first just to make sure everything is going well and to see if we needed anything regarding the property. The experience was 10/10 and I will definitely be using best property management next time I'm looking to lease and I'll be asking for Mohammad specifically.

I give my strongest recommendation for Best Property Management and specifically, Mohammad, the property manager. I am a general contractor and I’ve done many projects for Mohammad around the Bay. He is very responsive, respectful of my time, and he makes sure I get paid on time as agreed upon. If he conducts his business with property owners and tenants the way he does with me, which I’m sure he does, then I trust they are in good hands. I can tell that he has their best interest in mind. I’ve worked for a handful of property managers and I’ve had mixed experiences, most of which were not positive. Now, Mohammad is the only property manager I work for. We both value the working relationship we’ve built and I’m sure we will continue to work together for many years to come.
