There is a reason most clients go to the Livermore location and its because of Ashley. She is the most professional and consistent stylist on the payroll. I hope they make it worth her while because if she ever went somewhere else half the town would follow her. Clean place, quick service, and always a good vibe in this location. But also, Ashley. Cannot say enough about her local influence and proven talent to bring people in the door. Thanks for hiring good people Great Clips. Been going here for many years and plan on many more.

I recently visited Great Clips and unfortunately, my regular stylist was no longer available. I've been trying different stylists, but this time the new person didn't communicate and ended up cutting my hair in a way I didn't want. Now I'm stuck with a style I've never had before. I'll have to manage or wear a hat until it grows back. I hope next time they take their time and confirm before rushing into the cut. This was the worst experience I've ever had! 😩
