Nick’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I am genuinely surprised that someone with such poor customer service skills holds a management position. His demeanor came across as hostile and inappropriate, and it created an extremely uncomfortable experience. It is concerning that this issue appears to be ongoing, as multiple people have reportedly raised similar concerns without any apparent action from ownership. No customer should be treated this way. I sincerely hope the owners take these complaints seriously and address the situation, as the current lack of response reflects poorly on the business. Absolutely despicable behaviour for a grown man!

This place was great! We are a family of 3. Very nice updated bowling alley. Clean place, we had the fries from there food menu; they were great! I think the other food is good too because ppl were eating there. They have a nice bar too and an arcade as well. The arcade is not small or huge, its the perfect size. Overall its a great bowling alley and the bathrooms were very clean!

Had an AMAZING time with my friends, Jesse and Steve were awesome and recommended a lot of great options, were super friendly and absolutely made me want to come back, 10/10

I came for the pinball machines, and they were mostly good condition, one machine (cactus canyon) had a broken right flipper, and I'd loaded an arcade card so I could play them all, but only the Beatles machine card reader even actually worked, so I had to then get more money, turn it to quarters and play. Now having this extra money on the card, we tried out their vast arcade which was a lot of fun, but their was several broken machines, the claw machines were all practically empty, and the air hockey table was practically impossible to play on. The bowling alley itself wasn't anything to write home about, but if you live in the area, it might be th best you got

Very rude and condescending male receptionist. He was very short tempered and had no respect for me. The staff should undergo re training. He can be identified as having short black hair and light brown skin, around 200 lbs. It is not recommend to talk to him.
