I called Hero Tech Mechanic to ask about help with a car issue and explain my project car. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. I was made to feel like my business wasn’t worth their time. The mechanic said he did not want to entertain my project car and came off as dismissive and uninterested in helping at all. I understand shops can be busy, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that. This interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. Just want others to be aware if they’re looking for a shop that’s friendly or willing to at least have a conversation.

Eurotech is hands down one of the best mechanic shops I’ve been to! When my BMW suddenly had a crack in the oil filter cap, my car dumped all its oil out. No one had it in stock, not even the dealer unless I wanted to drive 3 hours. I called Eurotech and they sourced the part immediately and had it to me within a couple of hours. Highly recommended! Matt and Kurt are amazing. Went way above and beyond to get me the part that same day. I know who I’ll call next time for sure. Thanks again guys!

I had an amazing shop in Santa Fe. When I moved to Livermore I thought I would not find a shop like that here. I tried a few other shops before coming to Eurotech. These guys are pros. They have done a fantastic job on my two Audis and a Merc (two of them are classics and have parts made of unicorns). I have a solid relationship with these guys and they go above and beyond.

People are nice. They are honest and not pushy. They didn't make up things wrong. My car diagnostic came back with nothing wrong, they said my car was in good shape. The mechanic gave me his recommendation of a few preventative things I could have done and never made me feel like I was being scammed. I would recommend this place and I will continue taking my BMW here.
