Much prefer to deal with the Newark branch - in all the years I have been doing business with Fremont Bank this was the worst experience. Normally I would give Fremont bank 5 stars but Livermore branch gets a one star review- no effort made to help the customer had to take my deposit back and take to another branch Livermore office makes it way too difficult Would not use this branch

Always a pleasure dealing with staff at the Holmes Branch. Last visit Gina went above and beyond helping me and my grandson with our transaction. Been a customer of Fremont Bank since 1977.

Small branch. Opened a joint account and told them to put my name as secondary. Didn’t happen. Told them I did not want overdraft protection at $35 per incident. Didn’t happen. In 57 years of banking I have never overdrawn a bank account. Don’t offer Zelle. Only Pop money with very small transfer limits. They hold funds from checks deposited for 9 business days. Guess they want the float. Asked them to send all emails and texts to both email accounts and phone numbers. NOT. Two pluses, refund of all ATM fees and they are 1 mile away.

I can not understand why Fremont Bank charged me 110.00 dollars for receiving a bank levy from CCS .. I understand there is a fee but 110.00 ?? I talked to customer service and nothing. I tried to get a hold of the bank manager but I guess it is not important to them to return phone calls as I have not received one from either customer service or the Manager of the bank after I was told he would call me back shortly he is with someone right now ... All I would like is to explain to me what was done that cost me that amount of a fee..? No answer and I checked other banks and none charge that much in fact about 25.00 to 30.00 was the usual fees. I think I am not feeling as valued as I once was here ...

Literally asked to deposit my money into my account and the lady set up a credit account with the money I put on my debit card
