Extremely disappointed with the service at this location due to a lack of clear signage and unprofessional staff. The self-service racks are not properly labeled leading to unnecessary confusion and wasted time. Furthermore, Naay was incredibly condescending and arrogant. Between the poor communication from the staff and the lack of transparent pricing/labeling, this was a frustrating experience that could have been easily avoided with better training and proper store organization.

An exceptional team they have over there at this Fedex Office Print and Ship Center! I have always used their services: print, shipping, and copies for a few years now and they blew me away again with their customer service! I needed a reprint of a receipt from 3 months ago and they did not hesitate to assist me. Dave initiated the assistance and Kalei came in and was able to find it in a flash! I will continue coming to this office because I know they get the job done with great customer care and expediency!

The staff named Paul was disrespectful and has ego issues. After showing him the return instructions I got from the seller, he straight away tells me that FedEx does not provide packaging and tells me not to tell him how to do his job. Hello? I am simply following the instructions from the seller.

WOW, want to definitely express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at Livermore FedEx. The store is consistently organized and clean, the customer service is impeccable, and the order status updates are always current. Additionally, the convenient location and fair prices are greatly appreciated. I want to extend special recognition to Beth, who went above and beyond to assist me with my recent order. I had been experiencing nearly three days of chaotic issues trying to receive my package. After speaking with someone from my purchasing headquarters who incorrectly informed me that my order was changed to pickup, Beth took it upon herself to track my order and went to extraordinary lengths to resolve the issue. Her dedication and effort are truly appreciated. I also want to acknowledge Ali for her amazing assistance too. Thank you, ladies, for being so attentive and providing such outstanding service. You deserve more than 10 stars!

My mom sent a package for the first time to mexico paying $500 and now its being all returned back. It would REALLY be helpful to let customers know what to send and not to send!
