We ordered blinds and shutters with ELITE Shutters & Shades (earlier, MLI Shutters & Shades) twice over the past 6 months or so, and our experience was exemplary both times. Design consultant Janice Tracy was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, quickly understood our needs and preferences, helped us make the right design decisions and stood with us - and for us - every step of the way. She helped us get the best possible deal, and when we decided to finance one of the orders took the initiative to work with the financier on our behalf to put together the right package for us - again, understanding our needs and constraints very quickly without us having to tell her much. Her demeanor and approach made it a sheer joy to work with her. The products got installed at the promised time. The installation team, led by Daniel, was excellent as well - they arrived on time, quietly went about their business, did a quick and professional job, and were courteous and pleasant.

Excellent job, shades look terrific, fit perfectly. They provided name and photo of the installer who did the measurements and then did the installation prior to his arrival. They contacted us when the installer ran into issues on a job prior to coming for our measurements. They told us he was running late, updated us to when to expect him and verified the new time was okay with us.

Had a wonderful experience with Elite Shutters. Very professional and got my shutters in less than 3 weeks. The installer, Bill, was terrific! Worked quickly and cleaned up perfectly. Very impressed with everyone I worked with. LOVE MY SHUTTERS!

We just had our beautiful shades installed few days ago. It was everything we had hoped for and more starting with the initial consultation. Janice was on time. She was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was very patient with us and helped us choosing the right sample. Never did she rush us even though we probably took more of her time. The installation date was earlier than expected. They were very professional and took just a little over an hour installing 7 shades. Overall, we are very happy with the company from beginning to end. We hope to do the rest of our house with the company and Janice especially at a future date.
