The cashier Edgar Sandoval was very attentive and friendly. He served me very well, with charisma, and made a comment that made my day! "Here, whatever the customer asks for, I'll gladly give it to them." I loved that phrase! Not all cashiers are that kind. Pollo Loco, please take care of your employee Edgar Sandoval; he's an excellent cashier. Thank you, Edgar.

This location in Livermore is my family fave El Pollo Loco we are always satisfied with the service & food is fresh each time and very clean restaurant they have dine in or a cute outside patio area tables and lighs streaming the chicken is amazing delicious definitely recommend this location

Love this place! Good fresh food. I've tried most items on the menu and they are all pretty good. As far as fast food chains goes this might be the closest to being authentic to the food is serving fast. Just had the barilla tacos today and was very impressed. Good flavor, crispy shells and was really good dipped in the sauce. Wish they made carnitas, but everything they do serve is always much better than expected. Guess I've been going to Taco Bell for too long 😜. Whole different league.

Staff is friendly and always working hard. Food is always delicious. Their prices are reasonable and the $5 meals are worth it. I can't think of the last time it wasn't. Inside is always clean and tidy. The only downside is they sometimes don't have enough stuff. Today there was only two people working and the lady was running around working her butt off. Because of this she forgot to add the dressing and tortillas into my bag. I'm not upset because it happens and it wasn't like she was sitting around doing nothing. If you decide to come to this place just remember that these are hard-working people and they are doing all they can with the little staff they have.

Food was good. Did have to wait for my food but I wasn't in a hurry or anything. Yazmin was very very friendly and kind and polite. Highly recommend. Ordered tacos, and quesadilla with a drink. Very tasty since I spent the whole day cleaning and needed a pick me up
