Great new Mexican spot next to Trader Joe’s. Got the carne asada tacos, 2 spicy (green) and 1 mild (red). Salsas are fantastic. Can add radishes and limes on side for no extra charge. Owner was very kind, offered us chicharrones tacos to sample. Only takeout, but there’s tables to eat outside next to Coldstone. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you El Califas Tacos for landing in San Ramon. We have waited long enough for clean, high quality meat that is full of flavor! Truly authentic tacos made with love. The burrito bowls are the best I've had. Super clean and well-presented! Food is served fresh and hot and spicy chili available upon request. If nothing changes about this place it's gonna be my regular go-to spot! Oh, did I mention the prices are very reasonable!

Dropped in yesterday because I was in a rush and got a Chicken Quesadilla to share with my wife. Went back today because just before lunch my wife and I were discussing how good the quesadillas was! Beautiful mural as well! Gave me a test taste of the beef barbacoa today as well on a taco. Getting that next time.
