The customer service I received from Antonio at this location is absolutely Outstanding! I was looking for a specific item and Antonio took the time to scavenger the whole store to find what I was looking for! The whole time while helping me look for the item he maintained a conversation related back to me and the product. I will definitely be back!

I had incredible service at this location. I went in to buy running shoes and spoke to Joe, a friendly floor associate. I showed him what I was looking for and was able to get them immediately while answering all my questions. Then I went to the front to check out and was greeted by Cassandra, front end associate. She was super sweet and informed me about the discounts I was entitled to and even helped me call customer service when my scorecard wasn’t working. They have a great team working there for the holidays! I hope to see them next year!

I placed an order for a bag, and instead of completing the order or offering any solution, Dick’s Sporting Goods just straight-up canceled it. No warning. No explanation. No alternative. The best part? They didn’t even have the item in-store, yet somehow also didn’t offer to ship it or help in any way. Just canceled and shrugged. This is especially ridiculous when competitors like PGA Superstore would never handle an order this poorly. If an item isn’t available, they ship it. Simple. Professional. Customer-focused. Dick’s Sporting Goods did none of that. No customer service, no effort, no common sense. Just laziness. If you actually want to buy something without it being randomly canceled for no reason, I’d recommend shopping literally anywhere else.

Tried to exchange a Northface jacket that I got for Christmas and they wouldn't take it back because it was "used". Spent close to $500 on Christmas gifts that day and I can't exchange a jacket...once they got your money you don't get the service and respect as potential new customers. Not shopping there again I'll take my business somewhere else.

One of the worst return policies around. I’ve shopped at Dick’s for years and regularly spend a few hundred dollars a month there — shoes, gear, basketball equipment, you name it. But after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I bought a set of dumbbells for my mother-in-law ($70+), still unopened, with the original receipt. She decided not to use them — totally fine — but when I tried to return them just outside the 90-day window, they said the only option was to process it as a no-receipt return. That meant I’d get just $19.99, the lowest price in the past 90 days including any coupons or promos. Even though I had the receipt. Even though it was unopened. Even though I spend tons of money at this store. Most places would at least offer store credit or some form of acknowledgment when you clearly have the proof of purchase. Costco, Target, even Amazon are far more customer-friendly. I’ll be shopping at those places going forward. I’m not going to keep supporting a store that treats loyal customers this way.
