This Western Dental is the best. The office is clean and not crowded. It was really easy to book a quick appointment. The front desk representatives are so nice. Dr. Swati and Karen took such good care of me. Thank you!

People are nice, but not very informative. There's a disconnect between the actual call center vs local office. For instance: this morning im suppose to have an 11:00 am appointment with the specialist, AND SURE ENOUGH the Call center DID NOT schedule it. A similar incident happened 12/2024, but i was not alerted of the mishap until arrival. I like establishments that provide more thanBASELINE services and are attentive to the customers needs. Enjoy your Day!

Great place to come. Accepts many insurances. Some days are busy and some days are slow. It’s a hit or miss what time is a good time to schedule appointment. I’ve gotten comfortable with wait time, customer service and attentiveness when I’m in the back is great and over compensates me waiting. Staff are bilingual and offer a variety of services

My mom was in server pain due to tooth ache and her face was swollen big. We went to them, they didn’t care to look at her and just said, she needs extraction and our oral surgeon is not available for next one month so your only options are to either look for sometime else or go to emergency? Emergency? Where do you go for a dental emergency? They could have just connected us with a dentist who would have prescribed an antibiotic for that emergency situation while she waits for extraction. But no! They just did not care. Each appointment you book over the phone, is not booked in reality because you call and the call lands to their call center but there is always a huge disconnect between the physical location and call center. They do not seem to care about your time at all. The only reason we come here is that they accept medi-cal. Worst experience of my life. They don’t even take feedback well. I called to give a feedback and they said leave on Yelp. I am not someone who would leave a bad review for a business easily. But they left no choice for me.
