I've been with Melissa for a few years now, even when she was at H&R Block (she has her own practice now-yay I'm so proud of her!) and I'm ecstatic to continue my services with her for the tax seasons. Melissa is very transparent, communicative, and friendly to work with so, if you have any questions she's more than happy to help and you can definitely see that in her work ethic and personality. If you need an honest tax preparer, she's the person to go to! She will help you wherever you are but if you're local to the Bay Area, she has a very nice office. Everytime I come visit her, it feels like talking to an old friend and we pick up right where we left off when it comes to our conversations. :)

Melissa was super helpful and professional. She was very knowledgeable through the whole process . Especially because I did not file for the last couple years. She was able to straighten things out with the IRS .put me on a payment plan . Now I’m a lot less stressed.
