My family has been going to Del Valle for almost 7 years now and they have time and time again showed us that they aim to provide the highest standard of care. Every emergency, injury, sickness or well visit with one of our three dogs Del Valle has been communicative and responsive with helping us take care of our pets and ensuring their safety. Truly thankful that the providers here are doing what they are - every one of their patients is very lucky. My dog ended up getting attacked and her ear/neck were all torn open - instead of having to go to the emergency vet and wait for hours while paying their crazy prices, the wonderful staff at Del Valle was able to see her within 30 minutes and ensure she was safe, calm and taken care of. After this, my dog has never been a big fan of the vet, but every time we go the staff has given her so much love and reassurance, even helping me explore options for meds that can help make the experience less stressful for her. I originally started with another veterinary clinic when my kitten was just 5 weeks old, but I wasn’t happy with their service. A friend recommended Del Valle Animal Hospital, and I’m so grateful they did! I’ll admit — I’m a very overprotective (and proud!) cat mom, especially when it came time to schedule her spay. Del Valle was a bit more expensive than some other clinics, but honestly, it was worth every penny. The staff treated both me and my kitten with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. My kitten had some ongoing lower GI issues, and we made a few trips back to the clinic. Both doctors were incredibly thorough — they found the cause quickly and treated her effectively. We also have a second home in Maui, and the team went above and beyond helping us with all the required tests and travel documents so we could bring our fur baby with us safely. I can’t recommend Del Valle Animal Hospital enough. If you want a team that truly cares for your pet like family, this is the place. 🐾💛

This was our first visit, and I was impressed. The receptionist was welcoming and professional. Sylvie and I were seen by the vet tech right away, and the doctor came soon after. She was great, too, and made Sylvie and I well taken care of. She was good with Sylvie and made a diagnosis carefully and professionally. Del Valle Pet Hospital has a new customer!

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. My dog became sick while moving from TX to CA and Del Valle Pet Hospital was our first stop before we even got to our new home. In stark contrast to the emergency vet we saw while on the road, everyone here was patient, responsive, reasonable in their treatment plans/options as well as their pricing. They were attentive and kind to my dog and my family. Although we do not reside in Livermore, we will now be taking our pets here for any further needs. The doctor, as well as all of the staff have earned not only our trust, but our deep gratitude.

We love bringing our dachshund here. Dr. Chaudrey and her team are some of the most amazing humans ever. Our girl has had a crazy medical journey and we are so impressed with her improvement under Dr. C’s advisement. Truly the most incredible care we could ever ask for. We are so thankful for everyone at Del Valle.
