I love going to this CVS location which is inside Target. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Today, the pharmacy technician helped me find a lower price for my medication which my insurance declined to cover. I wasn’t expecting it so I was surprised. I greatly appreciate her effort and her help. Of all the CVS branches I’ve been to, this is the best!

If it is possible, I would like to give 10 stars. People are so nice, Mike, Terry ( a lady ) and a young Chinese man from Taiwan are so nice ( Other people are nice too ), so friendly. This is the best CVS in tri-valley. Maybe the best one in the whole Bay Area. Even though this CVS's business hours are not as convenient as the CVS across street in Arroyo shopping center, the customer service is heaven to hell. If you have a bad day, you come to here and you will feel so good and become a good day. The other one across street will make your wonderful day to become a very sad day.

Quick easy and super nice employees. It’s always like this! recently changed my insurance and they worked really hard to find a manufacturers coupon to make the price of the prescription more reasonable. Thank you so much!

Terrible experience trying to procure a prescribed medicine. It took me 4 hours of waiting & being directed from one CVS store to another, being made to wait an hour or so just to be told that they were out of stock. This started with CVS store on Regional Street in Dublin CA & being redirected to multiple CVS stores in Livermore

Got my flu shot and covid booster there, the check in process was smooth, very little wait time, good experience.
