Outstanding customer service! This was my first time at this dry cleaner, and I was truly impressed. The young man at the cash register provided exceptional customer service—respectful, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made me feel like a valued customer, which is unfortunately becoming rare these days 🥹 Customer service in California often feels rushed, as if you’re being done a favor, but this experience was a refreshing reminder that good service is about taking care of each other. My garment was ready the very next day, perfectly cleaned, and neatly covered with a protective bag. The pricing was fair, the quality was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I don’t usually have many dry-clean-only items, but I’m already going through my closet to bring them more business. Great customer service truly goes a long way—you’ve earned a loyal customer. First time trying something like this. Significant other was skeptical, especially about the folding. They picked up our bag yesterday morning, dropped it off this morning, and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything tied together nicely in little groups, with amazingly neat folding, and fragrance free is indeed fragrance free. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We'll definitely be doing this again. Thank you!

While it took me a while to find a company that offered pickup and delivery, my network of local moms really came through on this one. CCC has been a pleasure to work with, very efficient, timely, and professional. The owner even called me directly to get clarification on my specific needs for my linens. I was unsure if there was a high end friendly laundry service that could help on my projects, but now I have found a terrific resource that I will come back to repeatedly in the future. Easy online scheduling for pickup, confirming emails/texts of every move they make, and rapid turn-around from pickup to delivery of cleaned/pressed clothes makes Country Club Cleaners my choice. Easy, breezy!

Country Club Cleaners has been the best experience with wash and fold and dry cleaning pickup/dropoff service I have tried. I have laundry facilities in my apartment complex, but between limited machines/hours and hurting my back, schlepping laundry back and forth became extremely hard. With CCC, scheduling pickups is super easy, you get 30 lbs for ~$50, and my clothes and bedding arrive clean and meticulously folded.
