GoogleThis is a shout-out to the lovely sample woman, LOVY. She was very knowledgeable on the product she was promoting, was very very sweet, and super positive and careful in asking for my preferences. I wanted to make sure she got the recognition that she deserves because it truly made my experience today worth 5 stars! Thank you!

GoogleDue to the decay of our moral society, Costco removed the handheld scanners in the self checkout lanes. So, goodbye and soon rest in peace self check out lanes. There is no way I’m going to try and lift a 40 pack of bottle bottled water and a large bag of dog food just to scan the barcode. Corporate, if you’re really concerned about shrinkage, improve your technology or hire more team members at the exit. My shopping experience now takes longer than my Costco parking lot experience. Finally, not feeling very appreciated being treated as a second rate customer by not having the black elite Costco business card.

GoogleCostco is always a great experience when it comes to bargains. They all have the same layout floor wise so you don’t expect many things to be out of place. Store was clean and blocked down and there were plenty of carts available. It was Christmas time so it was nice seeing all the decor for your homes. Parking was the only battle here. It is like a war zone on weekends and holidays so be prepared to circle around the lot to find a spot!

GoogleDrove over to this Costco because my local Costco didn’t have and also ran out of items I needed. I have to say all Costco are awesome, consistent and never boring. This was the first time seeing and experiencing membership card scanning when entering.

GoogleReturn policy gone downhill. Other merchants are more relaxed in their return policy than Costco now. For item that couldn’t be returned I was forced to place the product in my car before I was able to shop in the warehouse. Reason was: “we don’t allow external products inside.” One would think their executive members should be treated better.
